Ktirio – 40 years issue

Maximus Mykonos appears in the 40th anniversary issue of KTIRIO, a publication that has spent four decades documenting architecture and the evolution of the built environment in Greece. The anniversary edition brings together projects that mark the discipline’s trajectory in the country: how it has been shaped, questioned and refined across generations of practice.

Within this context, the feature reads Maximus Mykonos through its engagement with Cycladic identity. It examines how the project translates the essential elements of the archipelago  (light, materiality & topography) into a contemporary architectural language, and how hospitality operates within it not as a program imposed on the landscape, but as a condition that emerges from it.

For Dezone Archi+, the Cyclades are not a style to be referenced but a discipline to be understood: a logic of climate, terrain and proportion that precedes any individual building. Maximus Mykonos was conceived within that logic, and it is through that lens that the feature presents it.

Forty years of documenting Greek architecture. Maximus Mykonos now belongs to that record.

EK The Hotels Issue 2025

Dezone Archi is honored to be featured in the annual “Hotel Issue” of EK Architecture + Design, among the most distinguished hospitality projects in Greece.

The publication presents Sir Maximus Boutique Hotel & Spa in Mykonos, a project that reflects our studio’s architectural philosophy — the seamless integration of Cycladic typology with contemporary clarity.

Through a restrained material palette, studied geometry, and a sensitive dialogue with light, topography, and natural textures, the design celebrates the essence of quiet luxury.

Every spatial gesture, from the architectural volumes to the crafted interiors, seeks to express balance, authenticity, and an enduring connection between built form and landscape.

Residences in Greece

Nestled along the pristine coastline of Meganissi, this project redefines contemporary luxury, seamlessly blending built form with its natural surroundings. Through a thoughtful interplay of light, materiality, and spatial fluidity, the residence exemplifies Dezone’s philosophy—where innovation meets harmony, and architecture tells a story of timeless elegance.
