TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEZONE ARCHI+ (the “Site”) is the website which describes the services made available to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed, without limitations or qualifications, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which incorporate, as an integral part, our Personal Data Privacy Policy, which has been drafted in conformity with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and the respective national legislation and principles of law. During the access or use of the Site, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions and the special warnings or instructions for access or use posted on the Site. You must always act in accordance with the law, fair trade practices and in good faith. You may not make any change or alteration to the Site or its content or services that appear on this Site and you may not impair in any way the integrity or operation of the Site. If you willfully or negligently breach any of the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions (including the Personal Data Privacy Policy), you shall be held liable for all loss and damages that this may incur to DEZONE ARCHI+, its affiliates, partners or licensors. All information available on the Site is intended to be used for educational or informational purposes only. Notices and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease for which in any case, you must consult with your physician. Who we are
The Site is owned by the Greek company under the name “DEZONE ARCHI+” (A. CHRISTOFILOPOULOS P.C.), whose registered seat is located Ermou 39, Corinth, Greece, with Tax Registration Number 801038179, registered with the Tax Office of DOY Corinth. The Site is managed by Dezone exclusively.
Accuracy
When describing our services on the Site we try to be as accurate as possible; however, the services described are subject to adjustments according to the client’s needs. Therefor services are always described in our binding contracts.
Intellectual property and trademarks
The overall content available on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation thereof (the “Content”), is the property of DEZONE ARCHI+, its affiliates, partners or licensors.
Unless otherwise provided for, all brand names, product and service names used in the Site constitute the trademarks, trade names or service marks of GURU. You may not distribute products or offer services under or by reference to or otherwise use or reproduce any such DEZONE ARCHI+ trademarks, trade names or service marks, or use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing any such trademarks, trade names or service marks, without the express prior written permission of DEZONE ARCHI+ or the owner of such trademarks, trade names or service marks.
Except as set forth in the “limited licenses” in the section below, or as required under applicable law, neither the Content, nor the trademarks, nor any part of the Site may be used, reproduced, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified or be otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
Licences
We grant you a limited, freely revocable and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. This limited license does not include the right to:
(a) frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose the Site or any part thereof;
(b) modify or download the Site or Content (except caching or as necessary to view the Site);
(c) make any use of the Site or Content other than personal use;
(d) create any derivative work based upon either the Site or Content;
(e) use any meta tags or other “hidden text” utilizing our name or the trademarks or otherwise use the trademarks; or
(f) use software robots, spiders, crawlers or other similar data gathering and extraction tool or take any other action that may impose an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.
A website that links to the Site:
(a) may link to, but not replicate, our Content;
(b) does not imply that we are endorsing such website or its services or products;
(c) may not misrepresent its relationship with us;
(d) may not contain content that could be construed as inappropriate, obscene, offensive or controversial and may contain only content that is lawful and appropriate for all ages;
(e) may not portray us or our products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise offensive or objectionable manner or associate us with undesirable products, services or opinions;
(f) may not use any trademark; and
(g) we may, in our sole discretion, request that you remove any link to the Site and, upon receipt of such request, you shall immediately remove such link.
Any unauthorized use by you of the Site terminates the limited licenses set forth in this section, without prejudice to any other legal right provided for by applicable law or the Terms and Conditions.
Applicable law and other terms
The Terms and Conditions of the Site, of which the Personal Data Privacy Policy is an integral part, as well as any amendment or change thereof, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, (with the exception of its conflict of law provisions). We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Korinthos, Greece.
Amendment of the terms
You acknowledge and agree that the Terms and Conditions, of which the Personal Data Privacy Policy is an integral part, constitute the complete and only agreement between us concerning your use of the Site.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. Any such amendment shall be effective once it is posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site entails your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. We may, without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by the Terms and Conditions. You shall comply immediately with any such termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing any use of the Site. We encourage you to regularly visit this section of the Site in order to remain informed of any changes.
